Position Summary
Act as HR Business Partner to the regional/local management and as functional advisor for all HR colleagues. Supporting management in their efforts to develop their team and organization, including identifying and attracting talents. Contribute to designing new HR concepts together with the HR community to further drive HR Excellence.
Role Description
- Act as HR business partner to the Sales Area Management.
- Drive further organizational development as per the agreed strategic direction incl. strong change management.
- Propose and implement HR roadmap in alignment with overarching business strategy.
- Ensure highest levels of staff engagement to increase productivity and enhance retention.
- Live the culture of continuous improvement, striving for HR excellence and enhancing policies & practices based on market standard.
- Develop standard HR tools and define standardized HR practices across the region, with an eye on future scalability to support the expected organizational growth.
- Ensure proper execution of core employee processes (performance management, L&D, succession planning, employee relations, talent management).
- Proper headcount planning to predict staffing needs.
- Provide insights to leaders through HR reporting tools and KPIs.
- Ensure local salary structures are in line with market practices and desired company positioning in the market; identify, negotiate and defend required budgets in terms of salary, bonus and other benefits in close collaboration with Sales Area Management, Regional Finance & Controlling, Group HR.
- Contribute to the group-wide HR community, through co-creation of new HR concepts & products, participating on global projects and sharing local initiatives and best practices.
- Act as an advocate of company culture and values.
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of proven experience as HR Business Partner in multinational company.
- Working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines from compensation & benefits over recruiting, talent development, L&D as well as HRIT.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks and common principles.
- Ability for teambuilding, people development and change management
- Strong communicator with superior, peers and staff as well as approachable personality
