Job Purpose: - • Receive and verify incoming goods from supplier, transporter and other Draka factories with proper documents. Principal Responsibilities: - • Proper storage and handling of goods and equipment to avoid damage/quality deterioration/pilferage. • Issue goods upon request with proper documentation. • Update receiving and issuance records daily • Filing of all daily requisition. • Maintain good inventory accuracy • Conduct cycle audit • Ensure all SOPs compliance • Assist to scrap the cables when needed • Maintain good housekeeping standard and adhere to all safety rules. • assist supervisor on daily jobs. • monitoring the drums yard. • update data on finished goods. • update data on raw materials movement. • packing drums. • cut / rewind cables. • recoil / rewind drums. • raw materials issuing (as backup). • raw materials data update (as backup). • do circle count on finished goods / coils. • do circle count on raw materials.
