This role combines live hosting responsibilities with hands-on retail assistance, providing an engaging shopping experience for customers. You will be the face and voice of our brand, interacting with audiences through live streams while also ensuring a smooth retail operation by assisting customers in the store. Key Responsibilities: Live Hosting: Host live streaming sessions, showcasing products, answering customer questions, and creating an engaging, interactive experience. Promote products and services creatively to drive sales during live broadcasts. Respond to audience comments, engage in real-time conversations, and provide helpful information. Maintain a dynamic and entertaining presence to keep the audience engaged throughout the session. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live events and promotions. Track performance metrics (e.g., viewership, sales conversion) to improve future live streams. Retail Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers on the sales floor, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations. Help customers navigate the store, providing product knowledge and availability. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and organized. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and organizing the retail space. Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in retail or customer service preferred. Comfortable with live streaming and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if necessary. Knowledge of product features, trends, and industry best practices is a plus.
