Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial documentation for construction projects. • Lead tendering processes, including vendor sourcing, bid preparation, submission, and ensuring compliance with cost and quality requirements. • Develop and manage material schedules and vendor logistics to align with project timelines. • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to office SOPs, including documentation and approval workflows. • Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring optimal cost and quality outcomes. • Monitor vendor performance and quantify deliveries against project specifications. • Track project costs, address variances, and provide regular financial updates. • Oversee cost-related activities during testing, commissioning, and project handover phases. • Coordinate with project teams to align procurement and cost management with construction schedules. • Maintain through and accurate records of procurement and cost activities for compliance and audit purposes. • Prepare Bill of Quantity and tender contract documentation. • Monitor and manage commercial aspect of contract administration Qualifications and Skills : • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction-related procurement and quantity surveying. • Strong Knowledge of tendering processes, material scheduling, and vendor logistics. • Expertise in cost analysis, contract negotiation and vendor management. • Proficiency in procurement workflows and adherence to office SOPs. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities for interacting with vendors and project teams. • Familiarity with construction standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills. • Proactive, Independent, Resourceful & able to work under minimal supervision Perks & Benefits: Commission and bonus Allowance (travel stipends, transportation, etc.) Nearby public transport Personal leave
