Job Description SENIOR CLERK Training - Assist HRM in planning and executing annual training programs for all staff. - Coordinate with all departments on training requirements. - Preparation and arrangement of the training program including, venue, transportation, equipment, training materials, technical support, safety support, refreshment and break, food, etc. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvement. - Conduct Training Need Analysis to close the employees’ competency gaps effectively. - Responsible for the arrangement end-to-end onboarding sessions for new joiners including venue, equipment, material, documentation, uniform arrangement, etc). ISO - Responsible as PIC of ISO for HR Department to ensure all the documentations are updated, well-documented, and standardized. - Responsible for ensuring the HR Department complies with the ISO standard (ISO 9001, ISO 1400, ISO 13485 & IATF 16949. - Responsible for preparing documentation for the Internal and external ISO audits. COMPANY CANTEEN - Responsible as a Canteen PIC to oversee the daily operation of the canteen to ensure smooth functioning and availability of meals during designated times. - Responsible for ensuring the canteen environment is always in a clean and safe condition. - Gather and monitor feedback and concerns from employees regarding the canteen service, menu, price, and overall satisfaction to report to the HRM. - Responsible for admin tasks related to canteen operation (equipment, inventory, facilities, notice board).
