Account Executive, Integrated Communications
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive, Integrated Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing multi-channel communication strategies for our clients. You will be involved in crafting compelling narratives, managing influencer partnerships, and driving digital and traditional PR campaigns. Your role will require close collaboration with creative teams, media planners, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communications:
- Collaborate with senior communications and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic communication plans that support brand objectives.
- Craft and disseminate press releases, articles, and other content that effectively communicates client messaging to target audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
2. Digital & Social Media Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints including social media, web, and email.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing tactics to enhance ROI.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
3. Influencer & Media Relations:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and media partners, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, including contract negotiation, content creation, and performance reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new platforms and tools to enhance influencer and media engagement.
4. Event & Experiential Marketing:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of high-impact events, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee logistical aspects of event execution, ensuring all elements align with the overarching communication strategy.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on communication activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in integrated communications, PR, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of the local media landscape, with established relationships within key industry verticals.
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital and social media platforms.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work beyond standard office hours as needed.
