HSE Coordinator

Safety Management: Develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel on the jackup rig . Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards. Ensure that all safety measures are in place and properly maintained to prevent accidents and incidents . Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Monitor operations to ensure adherence to established safety protocols and procedures . Training and Awareness: Organize and conduct safety training programs and drills for all rig personnel to enhance awareness and preparedness. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility . Incident Reporting and Investigation: Lead the investigation of any incidents or near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Ensure that all incidents are documented and reported in accordance with company policies . Emergency Response Coordination: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. Coordinate emergency response efforts in the event of an incident, ensuring the safety of all personnel . Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance, including statistics, incidents, and training activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HSE-related activities .
