1. Preparation and submission of shop drawing and follow-up for approval from Client/Consultant. 2. Issuance of correct timely and approved shop drawing to site team and sub-contractors. 3. Prepare, initiate and issuance of technical query - To check with client/consultant on any contradiction/discrepancies between tender drawing and construction drawing, technical specification, technical data schedule and bill of quantity. - To follow-up on the feed back from client/consultant, if any cost impact to advise Contract and Procurement department. 4. Prepare reply on the tender clarification and technical matters as and when necessary. 5. Preparation of relevant method statement for tender submission and project submission. 6. Liaise with Procurement department on preparation of equipment/materials to be submitted for management approval (prior to equipment/material submission to Client/Contract). 7. Preparation of equipment/material (ESA/MSA) for management review and submission for Client/Consultant’s approval. 8. Prepare and review technical documents/reports related to mechanical and instrument equipment and systems. 9. Communicate with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers if there are any ambiguities or insufficient specification and documents. 10. Prepare and review equipment data sheets, specification and requisitions. 11. Perform vendor offer review technical bid evaluation, carry out vendor drawing/documents review and vendor data incorporation. 12. Any other duties/tasks assigned from time to time.
