• Follow instructions and order given by boss. • Supervise day-to-day administration operations of the company; • Review and improve administrative procedures & processes; • Get quotation for comparison purpose for new and/ or existing suppliers when needed; • Maintain a record of upkeep of all the billing etc; • Generate purchase orders for raw materials and components. Closely monitor supplier delivery schedules and routinely communicate with vendors to expedite deliveries when needed to ensure component availability. • Responsible for planning and monitoring production and maintaining inventory levels of components and finished goods to ensure consistent levels of finished goods are on hand to satisfy customer demand. • Develop a positive and cooperative working relationship with suppliers through regular, proactive communication. Requirement • More than years in admin role for manufacturing furniture • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role • Solid knowledge of manufacturing procedures • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, power point and specifically) • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
