About Us: My Heart Centre Sdn Bhd are specializing in cardiac services, and general physician work. Currently we are operating at “Klinik Pakar Jantung Dr Rahim” with 2 branch at Alor Star Kedah and Alam Impian Shah Alam. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional one stop services designed to identify potential heart-related issue to our patient and given them opportunity to take proactive steps towards maintaining their health. We're seeking a passionate Marketing & Sales to join our team and help drive both our marketing and sales efforts to the next level. Position Overview: The Marketing & Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth. This hybrid role will require a combination of digital marketing expertise and direct sales skills, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both the creative and sales sides of the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Whats-Aps and digital advertising, to drive lead generation and brand awareness. • Create compelling content for marketing materials to be posted in multiple platform. • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers through personalized outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences. Qualifications: • Diploma in related field (or equivalent work experience). • Basic experience in marketing, sales, or business development. • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation is added advantages • Experience in using Canva and Capcut. • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
