Job Summary

Nuetra Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer with strong expertise in managing and optimizing Shopee and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, boosting brand visibility, and creating engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

1.Shopee Management:

  • Manage and optimize the Shopee storefront, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Implement effective keyword strategies for product visibility and SEO ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute Shopee Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

2.TikTok Marketing:

  • Develop and execute engaging TikTok marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Create short-form video content tailored to TikTok trends and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators for promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better ROI.

3.Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy for Shopee and TikTok.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging postings.

4.Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track performance on Shopee and TikTok platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on KPIs, including sales growth, engagement, and ROI.

5.Market Research:

  • Analyze competitors’ activities on Shopee and TikTok to identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success on Shopee and TikTok platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media marketing.
  • Creative and innovative approach to campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Shopee Seller Center, and TikTok Analytics.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools and basic graphic design is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
