Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures and other travel-related inquiries. Address and resolve customer grievances professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring accuracy in all communications and transactions.
