Personal Assistant (PA) Duties:- Task Management: Receive instructions from leadership, assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, ensure efficient completion, and report back.
- Business Support: Coordinate team members' schedules, handle operational issues, and ensure smooth business execution.
- Meeting & Documentation Management: Schedule daily meetings, record minutes, manage relevant documents, and assist leadership with business-related tasks.
- Problem Solving & Strategy: Identify operational issues, propose effective solutions, and provide timely feedback to leadership.
Human Resources (HR) Duties:- Recruitment & Team Building: Collaborate with headhunters and recruitment platforms, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and ensure timely hiring for key positions.
- Performance Evaluation & Policy Implementation: Develop and implement management policies for KPIs, attendance, salaries, and benefits to drive team success.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage salary, benefits, and training matters, and foster a positive team environment.
- Incentives & Development: Design reward and punishment mechanisms to motivate employees and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Temporaly working from the Kajang Office, permanent office will be in BangsarPersonal Assistant Skills:- Strong execution and organizational abilities, capable of translating instructions from leadership into actionable tasks for the team.
