Personal Assistant (PA) Duties:

  • Task Management: Receive instructions from leadership, assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, ensure efficient completion, and report back.
  • Business Support: Coordinate team members' schedules, handle operational issues, and ensure smooth business execution.
  • Meeting & Documentation Management: Schedule daily meetings, record minutes, manage relevant documents, and assist leadership with business-related tasks.
  • Problem Solving & Strategy: Identify operational issues, propose effective solutions, and provide timely feedback to leadership.

    Human Resources (HR) Duties:

    • Recruitment & Team Building: Collaborate with headhunters and recruitment platforms, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and ensure timely hiring for key positions.
    • Performance Evaluation & Policy Implementation: Develop and implement management policies for KPIs, attendance, salaries, and benefits to drive team success.
    • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage salary, benefits, and training matters, and foster a positive team environment.
    • Incentives & Development: Design reward and punishment mechanisms to motivate employees and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Temporaly working from the Kajang Office, permanent office will be in Bangsar

Personal Assistant Skills:

  • Strong execution and organizational abilities, capable of translating instructions from leadership into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, ensuring seamless interactions with the team, third-party institutions, and leadership.
  • High stress tolerance, able to remain calm and drive tasks forward in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Human Resources Skills:

    • Familiarity with the Malaysian recruitment market
    • Proficient in developing management systems and implementing HR policies, including performance evaluations and employee relations.
    • 1-3 years of HR management experience preferred, with the ability to adapt quickly to a startup environment and assist in building team structures.

      Language Requirement:

      • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
