1.0 To prepare daily report such as Ice Report, Daily Cash, Loading Report, Vehicle Expenses Report and etc. 2.0 Answering phone courteously. 3.0 Issue invoice to credit customer. 4.0 Calculation of cash sales collection, lorry payment and etc. 5.0 Issue and record company documents such as stock card, cash bill, delivery order, shell card and etc. 6.0 Receive and check customer’s order. 7.0 Update record and stock for plastic, string, container and etc. 8.0 To make sure all needed information is provided in petrol receipt. 9.0 Other related assignments provided by the immediate superior. 10.0 To prepare lorry report on the payment for transport charges, maintenance fees, road tax and insurance. 11.0 Prepare sub driver individual profile on their payment status. 12.0 Calculation of cash sales collection, lorry payment and etc. 13.0 Furnished monthly report to the immediate superior. 14.0 Update record and stock for plastic, string, container, glove, mask and etc. 15.0 Checking credit customer payment. 16.0 Checking CCTV. 17.0 Ensure factory surroundings is clean and safe. 18.0 To deal with government/ authorities such as Jabatan Kesihatan, Halal etc.
