JOB DESCRIPTION -Performing the daily accounting tasks relating to banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and preparing inter-company monthly reconciliation. -Handle full set accounts including preparation of management report. -Perform accounting-related entries into the accounting system. -Perform month-end reconciliation such as creditors, debtors & bank reconciliation. -Perform payments to creditors, credit control, collection. -Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations. -Review and compile employees’ claims, and expenses and make reimbursements. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS -Degree holder or Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance/LCCI or related field of relevant working operations experience. -Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Knowledge of full set accounting would be an advantage. -Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. -Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently. -Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and UBS/SQL system. -Able to commit to working immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage. -Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
