Key Responsibilities
  • Test Management:

  • Lead the planning, design, execution, and management of test strategies and plans for projects of varying complexity.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.

  • Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution processes to meet quality standards.

  • Testing Processes and Quality Improvement:

  • Implement and optimize testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with development and product teams to identify quality benchmarks and ensure adherence.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide testing team members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

  • Provide direction and support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Communicate test strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Required Qualifications
  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines).

  • Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in test management and related testing processes.

  • Experience in SAP Testing is a must.

  • Advanced proficiency in test management tools and methodologies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in testing processes and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

    • Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Advanced skills in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning.

  • Experience with Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation to drive organizational quality objectives.
