You will become part of the Organisational Development & Social Sustainability HR Capability pool, which consists of 10 professionals who are based across the regions and execute projects and initiatives on a global scale. 6 of these professionals are working on initiatives of the social sustainability agenda, of which 2 of them are based in the Netherlands, 2 in Kuala Lumpur (this vacant position is one of them), and 2 in Budapest. The other 4 professionals are based in the Netherlands and are working on initiatives around Organisational Development.

What We Ask
- A completed degree in HR, law, social, Business Administration, Psychology, or sustainability studies.
- Bachelor and > 6 years of experience or Academic / Masters > 4 years of experience.
- Business and/or HR experience in an international organization with a strong affinity with at least one of the social sustainability topics (Human Rights, DEI, Wellbeing, Resilient Communities).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong in data-driven decision making.

The position is part of a Capability Pool, which will allow you to work on diverse and multiple topics and initiatives of the social sustainability agenda. Examples of these activities:
- Perform Human Rights risk assessments in different parts of our company to generate actionable improvement suggestions and lead Human Rights risk mitigation programs.
- Host learning sessions on DEI, Well-being, and Human Rights to increase awareness levels around these topics.
- Co-create and roll of Global Employee Assistance, DEI/Wellbeing programs.
- Support in the external partnerships on the Human Rights, DEI and Well-being program.
- Prepare reports and documentation to demonstrate the company's commitment to social responsibility.
- Translate insights from data, drive gap analysis, support data-driven decision-making, and have conversations with the business.
- Support countries to activate their employees in e.g. Red Cross and other volunteering projects.
