Responsibilities
To the Client/s and Brand/s:
- To understand the clients business and product
- Collect & understand assigned brand & client guidelines
- Ensure alignment of corporate identity and brand guidelines of all execution for assigned brands
- Be a true brand guardian and expert of your assigned brands
- Ensure constant updates and approval of your assigned heads
- Develop exceptional and great ideas that answers the brief
- Contribute to the strategic development where applicable
- Explore and ensure the best and highest quality execution of campaign and creative work
- Determine and implement excellent craft
- Generate award winning creative ideas
- Ensure clear understanding and communication with other departments to facilitate better inter-departmental project operations
- Work closely with Account Servicing teams to achieve highest quality service and creative output for the agency or clients projects
- Negotiate and determine agreeable timelines with Account Servicing team and Traffic Manager
- Work closely the Digital Department to determine innovative media and channel for projects
- Work closely with Production/Studio Department to achieve desired and high quality creative execution
- Monitor and supervise assigned visualisers, designers and studio artist
- Provide relevant and accurate files for Production/Studio Department develop and deliver final output of creative execution.
- Brief and oversee work and production with all production suppliers (Photographer/illustrators/etc)
- Attend all pre-production and production meetings with third party suppliers to ensure clear and consistent communication of project execution and delivery
Technical Requirements
- Technically savvy; comfortable with learning new programs & leading new initiatives
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CS and other business applications like MS Office/Pages and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, problem solving, handling of multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications and knowledge in Digital and Online Marketing and Technology

Responsibilities
- Designing and producing outstanding artwork for both the Client and the Agency.
- Creation and production of artwork for multiple Client accounts.
- Direct multiple design initiatives and teams.
- Lead and manage creative projects.
- Ensure brand and design consistency across client initiatives.
- Present concept/design treatments, storyboards, and completed work to internal and external clients.
- Additional concept/design projects as required.
- Strong conceptual and design ability coupled with business acumen and customer focus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and prioritization skills.
- Strong team player.
- Effective team building skills.
- Understanding of digital is an advantage.
- Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development for advertising.
- 3 - 5 years Agency experience, with a comprehensive understanding of integrated campaigns.
- Knowledge of Mac, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Successful track record of managing multiple Creative assignments.
