About The Role
- Work Location : 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
- Reporting Line : Employee Experience Services Lead - APMEA & Europe
Key responsibilities
Employee Relations Management
- Lead and manage employee relations activities across APMEA and Europe.
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture.
- Develop and update employee relations policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the region.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations policies and practices.
- Identify and assess employee relations risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on employee relations trends and issues.
- Lead by example, demonstrating ethical behavior and commitment to employee relations.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their understanding of employee relations requirements.
- Promote a culture of employee relations awareness and accountability.
- Bachelor’s or University Degree) in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field.
- Certifications such as NAFTA, CPA, EAR, ITAR, IAPP, ACFCS, or ACAMS are advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a global compliance, risk management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Strong ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
