Responsibilities
Spare part management:
Spare part management:
- Managing spare parts inventory, ordering including parts send for rework.
- Coordinate and monitor all incoming and outgoing machine spare parts.
- Responsible for maintaining spare parts quality with identification of condition, proper handling and storage.
- Maintaining accuracy of spare parts inventory system including register new items or obsolete old ones.
- Compile, archive and retrieval of maintenance records, ensure all records are done correctly according to GDP.
- Carry out maintenance activities, both on the machines and offline parts servicing.
- Ensure that machines and equipment are set up and maintained for continues production of quality product.
- Troubleshoot machine problems and breakdowns and ensure that machines are repaired with minimum downtime.
- Collaborate with Shift technicians / Lead technicians to ensure all the above are carried out effectively.
- At Least Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment/ spare parts administration.
- Candidates in other engineering fields will be considered if they have extensive work experience in machine maintenance work in a manufacturing environment.
- Capable to identify industrial components, i.e. electrical, mechanical and consumables.
- Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal.
- Possess basic computer skills.
