The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end administration and execution of several key HR activities:
- Internal and external recruitment
- Engagement of Temporary and Practical Trainee
- Data maintenance and reporting; and other HR matters
Recruitment Activities
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles
- Build and maintain relationship with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment related activities
- Execute end-to-end staff movement request such as assignment, covering, acting, lateral transfer, and secondment.
- Manage daily operational issues on recruitment matters.
- Track and record manpower budget on timely manner.
- Develop pool talents for recommendation to hiring department.
- Develop partnership with relevant staffing agencies.
- Undertake job evaluation of positions in MDEC.
- Undertake job evaluation of positions in MDEC.
- Manage HRMS (Recruitment Module) and propose for improvement / enhancement of the overall recruitment process.
- Administer pre-selection process which include screening of candidates.
- Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system.
- Execute the JD bank exercise
- Develop JD as and when required.
- Monthly tracking and monitoring of approved headcount, manpower cost & budgeting.
- Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system.
- Provide recruitment report on weekly and/or monthly basis, as and when required.
- Review process and procedures and provide recommendation for process improvement.
- Maintain updated records of the organisation structure
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role from an in-house or RPO environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
