This role requires an in-depth understanding of CED’s portfolio, industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Client Manager works collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring long-term loyalty and business growth.

Job Description
We are seeking a client manager for managing and growing client relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning CED’s solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives. The Client Manager works collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring long-term loyalty and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop the sales and key account management in Malaysia and other countries to be assigned in the future.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement account plans, aiming to exceed revenue and client retention targets.
- Understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position CED’s solutions effectively.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profitability targets
- Work closely with CED’s technical, operations, and consulting teams to develop solutions and ensure accurate delivery expectations.
- Participate in negotiations and contract renewals to secure favourable terms for both CED and the client.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Measure client satisfaction and develop action plans to improve service quality as needed.
- Foster a client-centric culture by providing regular feedback to internal teams to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and progress toward account objectives.
- Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management, sales, or account management in the IT industry or related field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and collaborative.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Have minimum knowledge of IT solution
- Willing to travel within country and overseas if required
