Marketing Manager (Stuff'd Malaysia)
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration through partnerships, collaborations, and innovative sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance and market data to set sales forecasts and develop actionable plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in- store, and traditional channels.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to enhance customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
- Drive stuff’d Malaysia’s digital presence by managing social media platforms, paid advertising, and customer engagement strategies.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand values.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Develop customer-centric strategies to improve customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.
- Lead loyalty programs, events, and collaborations to increase repeat business and build long-term relationships.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing and sales approaches.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.
Business Growth & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies and achieve targets.
Key highlights for the hiring criteria: -
1. Exposure in F&B industry is a must.
2. Proficient in stakeholders management and on top of this, good command of English is essential as the stakeholders are all from Singapore.
3. Sales & numbers driven person, hence demonstrating analytical skills (able to assess perform analysis from delivery platforms, SEO, P&L and etc.)
4. Creativity! The brand is expecting this person to be creative enough to improve the brand presence and profitability with his/her marketing skills. (More than just spamming the consumers with buy 1 free 1 promotion kind of activities)
5. Working collaboratively with other departments to achieve the organizational KPIs (Supply Chain, R&D, Ops, Finance, QA, external agencies)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
