The purpose of this role is to provide hands on support to the Senior Quality Manager (Asia Region) for the HSEQ Management System. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of City documents and records
- Coordination of internal and external audits
- Support for risk and compliance activities
- Monitoring and closure of CMS related corrective actions
- Provide policy, procedure and process development and document control services across the business, including document updating, formatting and maintenance of the Information Centre (SharePoint).
- Ensure all CMS documentation undergoes prescribed review cycles:
- Support the Quality Manager (City Asia) with:
- The preparation of HSEQ Management System reports.
- The preparation of meeting minutes.
- Scheduling of internal and external audit interviews with internal stakeholders and external audit bodies.
- Dealing and responding to queries by City Team members in relation to the HSEQ Management System.
- Monitor corrective actions raised via internal and external audits, incidents, detected nonconformances, meetings and risk reviews; and ensure the timely and effective closure with responsible business representatives.
- Support special projects related to the improvement of the HSEQ Management System as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Support the Quality Manager and HSE team (City Asia) to:
- Maintain Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Risk Registers.
- Conduct internal HSEQ management system and field based internal audits.
- Monitor changes to statutory and regulatory requirements and assess impact to City.
- A tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (preferred).
- Certified ISO Auditor (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or business administration.
- Understanding of document control requirements, processes and systems (e.g. Version control, document tracking, SharePoint, etc.).
- Working experience with a range of Microsoft products (e.g. Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), including advanced MS Word skills.
- Strong written skills gained developing and/or reviewing policies, processes and instructional documentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to deal with stakeholders across the company.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Technical writing ability
- Knowledge of ISO Management System Standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
