  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Develop tools and trackers to monitor Cash on Delivery transactions efficiently.
  • Support in reconciling and reporting Cash on Delivery payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide proactive assistance to the Fleet team in resolving Cash on Delivery issues, addressing concerns promptly to minimize disruptions to operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Shopee Finance department to facilitate Cash on Delivery remittance processes and effectively address any Cash on Delivery-related concerns or discrepancies.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed as a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in Finance or Accounting related fields
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of reconcile or in a related area
  • Experience in handling accounts payable and receivable is an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask and prioritization in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working location: Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
