Customer Service Executive
Co-ordinating the Air & Sea freight Customer Service and Operations Department :
1) Providing Quotations to Customers / Overseas Partners
2) Procuring rates from Shipping Line / NVOCC / Airline / GSA / Vendors
3) Understanding shipping terms & providing solutions to Customer / Overseas Partners Logistic requirement
4) Communicating with Customers and Overseas Partners to update their shipment status or follow up on enquiries and tender submissions.
5) Obtaining Booking or NOA from Shipping Line / NVOCC / Airline / GSA
6) Follow up and providing further assistance to the Operation Team / Business Development Team
7) Preparing weekly report on shipments & quotation status for both Air & Sea Freight
8) Overseeing all shipments handled by Air & Sea Dept.
Other Additional :
1) Providing NOA / Booking Confirmation to Customers
2) Preparing ROT & Arranging Local Haulage & Transport for Pick Up
3) Coordination with Customs Brokerage Department for Clearance
4) Preparing SI for BL / AWB
5) Experience or Knowledge in handling project cargo
