Job Description
- Oversee and manage claims/travel claims, ensuring their timely submission, processing, and resolution. Gain exposure to our internal claim system.
- Provide headcount reports and administrative support to the local HR team at the Epicenter.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain the employee relation and engagement of the team here.
- To Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative/HR roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
