Production Engineer

a) To maintain and implement production ISO system and procedures. b) To analyze and update data on production process efficiency. c) To set up work procedures and standards for new machines and new products. d) To support R&D department to test run new die set up its work guidance and standard. e) To trouble shoot during the non-confirming occurrence. f) To liaise with the internal and external customer on quality and productivity issues. g) To handle and resolve the non-confirming product with counter measure. (Rework, sorting and disposing method) h) To plan on new employee training and refresh program for existing staff. i) To plan and implement the continuous improvement project. j) To in-charge online and offline camera inspection (Auto optical inspection). k) To liaise and discuss with QA department regarding improvement and non-confirming counter measure. l) To in-charge chemical store condition. (Storage of chemical and schedule waste compliance). m) Support clerical job. n) To coordinate department 5’S activities. o) To coordinate ISO9001 and IATF16949. p) To coordinate ISO14001.
