  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an ECommerce Assistant at BDOU GROUP SDN BHD in Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves tasks related to customer service, communication, sales, invoicing, and enhancing customer experience. Some work from home is acceptable.



Qualifications

Familiar with online shopping platforms (Tiktok) and Shopee.

Familiar with TIKTOK is the best but not mandatory.

Hardworking, responsible, discipline

Ability to work independently and minimum supervise

Solid configuring, problem solving, market research, data analytical, consulting and organizational skills

Prefer someone familiar with Tiktok seller acc



Fresh grad are welcome to apply



Responsibility

Planning on new and existing products upload. Ensure all product upload are complete with full description

Track inventory levels and products removal

Using marketing tools to help boost sales

Monthly Marketing Plan

Monthly sales data analysis

Follow and search for the latest market trend and best seller

Create/Improve ads and campaign

Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sale and stock requirements.

Video/photo creation on social media

Liaise with live host for live planning
