HH Korean Language Center is a growing Malaysian MSME dedicated to providing top-quality Korean language education. As we expand, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive student enrollments, enhance brand awareness, and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across META, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to maximize ROI.
- Track key metrics and continuously refine strategies for better results.
2) Campaign & Event Management
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for student acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute offline & online promotional events, workshops, and collaborations to increase visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
3) Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate HH Korean Language Center in the market.
- Develop and implement creative storytelling strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, bringing fresh ideas to elevate the brand.
4) Content Development & Execution
- Oversee and create high-quality social media content, posters, announcement, email newsletters, and video marketing that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize content for SEO and engagement while managing content calendars.
5) Project & Budget Management
- Plan and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize reach and impact.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Monitor expenditures and analyze ROI to make data-driven budget recommendations.
6) Sales & Student Enrollment Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments for Korean language courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, schools, and community groups to drive referrals and collaborations.
- Track sales performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
- Proven track record in paid advertising (META, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with data-driven optimization.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, branding, and creative storytelling.
- Experience in event planning and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Self-driven, creative, and capable of leading marketing initiatives independently.
- Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the education or language learning industry is a plus.

Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
