  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for a creative and motivated intern to join the smith3D team and help boost our online presence! In this role, you’ll play a key part in capturing and creating engaging visual content, developing fresh social media ideas, and supporting our video posting strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Social Media Posting: Assist with scheduling and posting content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Editing: Perform basic photo and video editing to ensure content aligns with our brand standards.
  • Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, help analyze trends, and contribute to improving our digital presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to develop cohesive content strategies that drive engagement.
  • 3D Printing Experience: Get hands-on experience using our 3D printers—learn to print figures and prototypes, adding a unique twist to your content creation process.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media, photography, and videography.
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut or similar).
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for compelling visuals.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., media, communications, digital marketing) is a plus.
  • An interest in technology and 3D printing is a bonus!
