  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

1. Market Development

  • Identifying New Markets: Actively seek out and explore new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to establish a network of potential customers.

2. Sales Management

  • Customer Inquiries and Quotations: Prepare and submit inquiries for quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate effective negotiations.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients, aiming to secure agreements that benefit both parties and lead to successful sales closures.

3. Liaison and Communication

  • Bridging Market Gaps: Act as a vital link between the company and existing as well as prospective markets, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Gathering Market Intelligence: Efficiently collect and analyze relevant market and customer information to support negotiations.

4. Performance and Accountability

  • Sales Target Assessment: Regularly review personal sales performance against targets, striving to exceed set objectives and contribute to overall company success.
  • Feedback on Trends: Provide accurate insights and forecasts regarding future market trends to management, facilitating informed decision-making.

5. Reporting and Administration

  • Accurately record sales activities in the system to ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting of sales performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.

Skill:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Knowledge in media is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion of sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:
