Responsibilities and Authorities:
Account:
- Prepare account reports and submit to Finance Manager.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare budgets and reports.
- Prepare, send, and file invoices and complete purchase orders.
- Prepare payment to suppliers and contractors according to payment term.
- Follow-up and collect payment from customers according to payment term.
- Manage accounts and tax returns.
Performance Management:
- Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
- Prepare and submit performance management reports to Finance Manager.
- Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.
Quality Management System:
- Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
- Implement improvement in Finance & Admin department.
- Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.
- Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Admin department.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Account / Finance / LCCI / Business
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience related to bookkeeping
- Experience use accounting software especially SQL
Skill
