Job Summary:
The EA Governance Analyst supports governance operations, manages key decision logs, oversees application and technology inventories, and coordinates the Application Lifecycle Management process.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Governance Management:
- Organise and facilitate governance meetings, ensuring discussions, decisions, and action items are documented (e.g., minutes, governance logs).
- Ensure governance meetings comply with standards and timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
2.System & Inventory Oversight:
- Manage the Governance System to track service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain the Application Inventory and Technology Repository, ensuring accurate recording of approved applications and new technologies.
3.Application Lifecycle Management:
- Coordinate the Application Lifecycle Management process on an annual basis.
- Ensure data accuracy and monitor progress with relevant teams.
4.Architecture Initiatives & Process Improvement:
- Assist with managing architecture initiatives, including process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and drive improvements in governance and related processes
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
- Experience with governance, architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), and process management.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per week
