JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing the daily accounting tasks relating to banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and preparing inter-company monthly reconciliation.
  • Handle full set accounts including preparation of management report.
  • Perform accounting-related entries into the accounting system.
  • Perform month-end reconciliation such as creditors, debtors & bank reconciliation.
  • Perform payments to creditors, credit control, collection.
  • Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations.
  • Review and compile employees’ claims, and expenses and make reimbursements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder or Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance/LCCI or related field of relevant working operations experience.
  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of full set accounting would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Committed, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and UBS/SQL system.
  • Able to commit to working immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
