Responsibility
Job Summary :
A Deal Closer is responsible for finalizing sales agreements and ensuring that transactions are completed successfully. They work closely with clients and sales teams to negotiate, review terms, and overcome any last-minute obstacles to secure a deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize agreements between the company and potential clients by negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to address any remaining concerns and resolve objections.
- Ensure all required documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity in the sales process.
- Manage and track deal progress, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during the closing phase and beyond.
- Use CRM tools to track and update deal status.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure the deals meet company standards.
OPERATION HOURS:
Monday (half day) - 8:00am - 12:00pm
Tuesday - Off day
Wednesday - Sunday - 8:00am - 5:15pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
