Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and company offerings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical problems or service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to improve customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, promotions, and product/service updates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a call center or remote customer support environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific customer service best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
