Handle data entry and maintain financial records
Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and organize financial documents and reports
Support tax and audit teams with administrative tasks
Liaise with clients on account-related matters
Manage office purchases, including stationeries and pantry supplies
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
