We specialize in high-mix, low-volume production, offering a wide range of services, including multicomponent semiconductor modules, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), sub-assembly, box build, and system build services. Our clients include multinational corporations (MNCs) worldwide, many of whom have partnered with us since our founding in 1993.

Role Description:
We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years hands on experience as material buyer .The ideal candidate is responsible for purchasing raw materials, goods, and supplies required for production and operations.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and purchase required raw materials, supplies, and equipment based on production and operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed without overstocking.
  • Work closely with inventory teams to optimize stock levels and avoid shortages.
  • Co-ordinate with sourcing officers and production planners to ensure sufficient materials supply to production in order to meet end customer's requirement.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect the incoming materials to ensure the material is with the engineering spec.
  • Place and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Work with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of materials from suppliers to production facilities.

Qualification/Skills

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in material purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of purchasing mechanical and electronic parts.
  • Knowledge of costing structure and possess good negotiation skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a similar Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
