Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITP) for all construction and M&E works in data centre projects.
  • Oversee quality inspections, audits, and testing activities across all project phases, including civil, structural, M&E installations, and commissioning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (ACMV), fire suppression, and security systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure documentation and traceability of test results, material inspections, and handover records.
  • Train project teams on quality processes, safety protocols, and best practices to uphold high standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC
  • Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including M&E systems, redundancy, power distribution, and HVAC cooling systems.
  • Experience with QA/QC tools and methodologies, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Quality Management.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC reporting, NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
