  • Responsible for preparation and processing of monthly payroll and ensure that all documentations are complying with internal standards, statutory requirements and its deadline for multiple companies;
  • To update and maintain personal file, leave and overtime application;
  • To handle matters pertaining to payroll and compensation & benefit;
  • Monitor the efficiency of monthly payroll and ensure all statutory contributions are timely remitted;
  • To prepare all financial related reconciliations;
  • Preparation, filing and updating of documents;
  • Monitoring cleaners / service men to ensure they fulfill the job requirements;
  • In-charge of maintenance issues in the office;
  • Providing assistance and support in projects, planning, problem solving and executing the department’s goals and objectives;
  • Routine and adhoc reporting as per management request; and
  • Assist in any adhoc tasks assigned
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Human Resource or equivalent;
  • With working experience in Payroll functions will be an advantage; Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply. On site Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll management and knowledge of Excel and SQL & Million Payroll Solution;
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. IT will be an advantage if able to speak Mandarin;
  • Possess careful, confidential personality;
  • Have high level of enthusiasm, sense of urgency and able to work independently; and
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours to meet the payroll deadline. Will pay for OT.
  • Able to multi-tasking and handling multi payroll at the same time.
