KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Conduct facility inspections to identify any maintenance needs and take corrective actions.  Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot any general facility issues. Contact the respective contractors and resolving the issues and reporting the status.  Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs work, in case of need.  Ensuring effective use of space and cleanliness in the facility.  Overseeing contractors in improvement and repair works.  Assisting in safety inspections and matters.  Assist during school events and activities.  Review quotations and create Work Orders for contractors.  Any other duties assigned by the Manager. D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field. Skills & Knowledge Required:  Experience of working in a school is a plus.  Good communication skills  Good collaboration and follow up skills. Experience: minimum 2 years of work experience in facilities management. Personal Requirements:  Able to multi-task.  Good planning & organizing.  Positive work attitude and good leadership
