Key Responsibilities

Website & E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website and ensure optimal functionality, design, and user experience.
  • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing and content.
  • Optimize the website for user experience, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory updates, and customer service coordination.

Marketplace Platform Management

  • Set up and manage product listings on third-party marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace sales performance, making necessary adjustments to pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Implement best practices to improve product visibility and ranking on marketplaces.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s guidelines and best practices.

Digital Marketing & Sales Growth

  • Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, marketplace ads) to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product content, banners, and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers on both the website and marketplaces.
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchase trends to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience.

Order & Customer Management

  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor order processing, shipping timelines, and customer inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and returns efficiently, maintaining high service standards.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website and marketplace performance metrics, including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Generate reports on e-commerce performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to increase sales and optimize the customer journey
