1. Conceptualize, develop and design collateral materials, such as brochure, poster, promotional materials and other relevant marketing materials.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for various creative projects related to creative design, including photo shooting, video shooting.
3. Design, edit, and integrate digital content, graphics, photography, illustrations, and other visualization and imaging products, including simple animation and short clips for online, print and email campaigns.
4. Organize and manage all photo assets, retouch photos as needed.
5. Support the web content and online marketing campaign such as newsletter and press releases.
6. Facilitate website updates according to a defined content strategy and schedule.
7. Participate in the development and planning of marketing strategies; make recommendations to enhance user engagement.
8. Create presentation and communication templates for promotional, developmental, and administrative needs.
9. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, contractual obligations, confidentiality and privacy policies, corporate identity and standard guidelines.
