About the role

Letrik MK Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Wireman to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Wireman, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches and other electrical components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out in compliance with local regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and complete projects on time
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical work performed
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

    • What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wireman or in a similar electrical role
  • Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and installation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
