Job Description

  1. To maintenance an effective filing system in the office.
  2. To ensure that the information flow is coordinated efficiently in order to speed up communication.
  3. To ensure the communication via email carried out according to guidelines.
  4. Administrating the flow of correspondence to and from all departments.
  5. To make necessary arrangement for all schedules meeting according to the meetings calendar.
  6. To ensure that administration support in term of documentations preparation, circulation, correspondences, filing, archiving and other relevant duties.
  7. To ensure timely and efficient distribution and dispatch of documents within office and third parties.
  8. To maintain an effective filing and recording system at office.
  9. Responsibilities on applying and renew licenses from authority department, such as Pukonsa, CIDB, Trading License and etc.
  10. Monitoring and recording all the project detail.
  11. Any others duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in related field.
  2. Experienced in performing administrative tasks and handling license application.
  3. Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage.
  4. Ability to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision
