Job Description
- To maintenance an effective filing system in the office.
- To ensure that the information flow is coordinated efficiently in order to speed up communication.
- To ensure the communication via email carried out according to guidelines.
- Administrating the flow of correspondence to and from all departments.
- To make necessary arrangement for all schedules meeting according to the meetings calendar.
- To ensure that administration support in term of documentations preparation, circulation, correspondences, filing, archiving and other relevant duties.
- To ensure timely and efficient distribution and dispatch of documents within office and third parties.
- To maintain an effective filing and recording system at office.
- Responsibilities on applying and renew licenses from authority department, such as Pukonsa, CIDB, Trading License and etc.
- Monitoring and recording all the project detail.
- Any others duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Experienced in performing administrative tasks and handling license application.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision
