Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Closure:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Close sales deals effectively and efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Marketing & Market Analysis:

  • Utilize marketing knowledge to promote new housing projects and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific projects.

Sales Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager / Director of Sales.

Project Handling & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of housing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of project-specific sales strategies.

Regulatory & Technical Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about banking, legal, and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
  • Leverage technological tools and platforms to enhance sales processes and client interactions.

Presentation & Negotiation:

  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing project benefits and unique selling points.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.

Cultural Competency:

  • Understand and respect diverse cultural backgrounds and preferences in client interactions and negotiations.
  • Adapt sales approaches to cater to various cultural contexts and client needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduated are encourage to apply

Skills:

  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value sales.
  • Proficient in the use of technology and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of banking, legal, and regulatory aspects of real estate.
  • Strong market analysis skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
