• Provide first line support for any human resources related issues and problems

• Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system to track the issues raised.

• Offer first call resolution advice to employees related to standard human resource policies.

• Create a positive customer support experience, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers with a professional attitude

• Work collaboratively with the Business Groups and other HR team

• Rotational administrative work to support FA team in the areas of barcode printing.

  • Able to work on rotational shifts (8:00AM - 5:30PM and 10:30AM - 8:00PM, and alternate Saturdays 8AM to 2PM)
