Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers promptly and warmly as they enter the store.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the store’s furniture range, including materials, features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Educate customers about product care, warranties, and delivery options.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products such as mattresses, bedframes, sofas, or dining sets.

Store Maintenance and Decoration:

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Maintain accurate product displays and ensure proper tagging of prices and promotions.
  • Assist in decorating the showroom for festive events and special promotions to create a welcoming and attractive shopping environment.

Order Processing:

  • Assist Bill Processing Department with placing orders, processing payments, and arranging deliveries.
  • Handle any post-sale inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming company phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in retail or furniture).
  • If no prior experience, a passion for sales and customer service is essential.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer systems and messaging tools like WhatsApp.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and handle multiple customer inquiries.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
