岗位职责:

  • 负责在线解答客户咨询,通过电话或邮件等 解决客户问题,包括系统条款操作和退款。
  • 与相关部门保持良好的沟通与合作,团队合作以达成KPI和SLA
  • 24/7轮班制,时间表将分为早午晚班,若被安排夜班将会有额外津贴
  • 一星期工作5天制,9小时工作时间包括一小时休息

Platform Customer Service Specialist

Work Location:
Petaling Jaya / Ara Damansara – Easily accessible via public transport

Job Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin with basic English communication skills (Cantonese is a plus)
  • Open to SPM / UEC / Diploma or higher graduates
  • No experience required – Paid training will be provided, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries online, via calls or emails, and resolve issues such as system operations and refunds
  • Maintain good communication and collaboration with relevant departments to achieve KPI and SLA targets
  • Rotational 24/7 shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts (Night shift allowance provided)
  • 5 working days per week, 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break
